Note: a one-file PyInstaller build embeds the Python runtime; the resulting
byte stream depends on the exact Python patch version, so a rebuild may
produce a different SHA-256 than the one published here while remaining
functionally identical. The script hash (idm_web_capture.py) is exact and
reproducible from the commit above.
